1. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Email us at info@toledo-studio.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, our team will issue an authorization and localized shipping instructions.
3. Pack & Ship: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for parcels lost in transit without tracking proof.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Send your order number along with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue to info@toledo-studio.com. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return option and issue a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is delivered to our authorized warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
